Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and FlirtChat (flirtchatonline.com). Using the site — even a single guest match — means you accept them. We have kept the legalese to a minimum; if anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

What FlirtChat is

FlirtChat is a browser-based flirt chat: one tap matches you with a real woman who is online at that moment, for a private one-on-one conversation over live video, voice, or text. There is nothing to install and no public feed — every interaction is a live call between two people. Because matching is random by design, we cannot and do not promise which person you will meet, how any conversation will go, or that someone particular will be online when you visit. That unpredictability is the product, and using FlirtChat means accepting it.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough under your local law to use a service of this kind. By entering the site you confirm both. You must also use FlirtChat for yourself, as an individual — automated accounts, bots, and scraping the service or its users are not permitted. If we reasonably believe an account does not meet these conditions, we can suspend or remove it.

Guests and accounts

You do not need an account to start matching — guests go straight in. Creating an account adds conveniences: saved preferences, your call history, the ability to follow someone and find her again, and a message list that persists between visits. If you register, keep your login details to yourself; activity that happens through your account is your responsibility. Let us know quickly at [email protected] if you think someone else has gained access to it.

How you behave on calls

Everything you say, show, and do in a call is on you. Using FlirtChat means agreeing to our Community Guidelines, which in short require: no harassment or hate, no explicit sexual content, nothing involving minors ever, no scams or asking matches for money, and no recording or exposing the person you are talking to. Breaking those rules can cost you access — temporarily or permanently, with or without warning — and conduct that breaks the law is referred to the relevant authorities.

Free to start, coins after

Your first matches are free — that is what "free to start" means, and it requires no card and no sign-up wall. Longer sessions and optional extras may use coins, the virtual credits sold on the site. The price is always displayed before you confirm anything; there are no hidden charges sprung on you afterwards.

Coins are a virtual product, not money: they hold no cash value, cannot be transferred to another user, cannot be exchanged back into currency, and are not refundable once delivered, except where applicable law gives you a right we cannot exclude. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers — your card details go to them, not to us. If a payment fails but coins were charged, or coins never arrived, contact [email protected] and we will make it right.

Content from other users

Calls are live and unscripted. What another user says or shows during a match is that user's responsibility, not ours — we do not pre-approve conversations, and no moderation team can watch every call as it happens. That is exactly why skip, block, and report sit one tap away on every call screen, backed by human moderators. If a match makes you uncomfortable, end it and report it rather than enduring it.

Disclaimers

FlirtChat is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it fast, stable, and safe, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the service will meet every expectation. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties are disclaimed. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlirtChat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or the actions of other users. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending access

You can stop using FlirtChat whenever you like — guests simply close the tab, and registered users can ask for account deletion at [email protected]. On our side, we may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms or the community rules, or where continuing access would expose other users or us to harm.

Changes and disputes

We may revise these terms as the product evolves; the version in force is always the one on this page, with the date refreshed when it changes. Continuing to use FlirtChat after an update means you accept the new terms. If a disagreement arises, start by emailing [email protected] — most issues get settled there without anything more formal.
