Community Guidelines

FlirtChat works because two strangers can drop into a call and both feel at ease within seconds. These guidelines are what protect that feeling. They apply to every user, on every call, and breaking them can end your access to the site.

Flirty, yes — explicit, no

FlirtChat is a place for playful, cheeky conversation between adults, and flirting is the whole point. But there is a clear line: nudity, sexual acts on camera, and graphic sexual propositions to a stranger are not allowed here. A compliment that makes her smile is welcome; behavior that makes her reach for the skip button in discomfort is not. If you are unsure which side of the line something sits on, keep it to yourself — charming beats crude every single time.

Treat your match like a person

The woman on your screen is a real human being, not content. Insults, threats, intimidation, stalking behavior, and degrading comments about someone's body, race, nationality, religion, gender, or sexuality are all grounds for removal. Disagreement and teasing banter are part of flirting; cruelty is not. And remember the easy exit: if a conversation is not working for you, skip — one tap, no explanation owed, on either side.

18+ — no exceptions, ever

FlirtChat is strictly for adults. Everyone entering the site confirms they are 18 or older, and the women who appear on camera are verified adults too. There is zero tolerance on this point: any attempt to use the service as a minor, any sexual content involving a minor, or any suggestion of it results in immediate permanent removal and a report to the appropriate authorities. If you ever believe a match may be under 18, end the call and report it at once — moderators treat these reports first, ahead of everything else in the queue.

Never ask for money — never send it

Do not request money, gifts, gift cards, or favors of any kind from a match, and do not send them to one who asks. Someone who brings up money early in a conversation is following the oldest script on the internet, and the correct response is: report, block, move on. The same rule covers promotion — steering matches toward other sites, apps, or products turns a conversation into an advertisement, and it is not allowed.

What happens in a call stays in the call

A FlirtChat call is a private moment between two people. Recording it, screenshotting it, restreaming it, or publishing the other person's image, name, or personal details anywhere is a serious violation of these rules — and in many places, of the law. Do not pressure a match to share contact details or social accounts she has not offered, and never dig for her real-world identity. Give every call the discretion you would want for your own.

When you see something wrong

If a match breaks these rules, do not argue and do not play along to gather evidence — that only prolongs the harm. Skip out of the call, block so they cannot reach you again, and tap report; the whole sequence takes seconds. Every report lands with human moderators, not a bot, and the report button works on every call screen at all hours. For anything urgent — threats, illegal content, a suspected minor — you can also write to [email protected] with URGENT in the subject line.

How enforcement works

Consequences scale with what happened. Minor first-time issues may earn a warning; repeated or serious misbehavior brings a suspension; and the gravest violations — anything involving minors, threats, or illegal content — skip the ladder entirely and end in a permanent ban. Moderation decisions are made by people who review the report and its context, around the clock. If you believe action taken against you was a mistake, email [email protected] and a person will look at the case again. These guidelines sit alongside our Terms of Service, which form the binding agreement.
