FlirtChat is a flirt chat built on private, two-person video calls — so privacy is not a bolt-on here, it is the product. This page explains, in everyday words, what we collect when you use flirtchatonline.com, why we collect it, who ever sees it, and how you can have it deleted.
You can walk in and start a first match without giving us a name, an email, or anything else — guest access is the default, not a stripped-down trial. We never sell personal information, to anyone, for any reason. Your camera and microphone are used only to carry the live call you are in. And if you ever want whatever we hold about you gone, one email to [email protected] starts that process. The sections below spell out each of those promises.
Guests hand over nothing at sign-up, because there is no sign-up. Like every website, our servers automatically keep technical logs — IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, and roughly which pages were opened — which we use to run the service, match you with someone whose connection works with yours, and shut down abuse.
If you choose to create an account, we store what makes the account features work: your email address and login credentials, your saved preferences, your call history (who you talked to and when, not what was said), your favorites — the people you chose to follow so you can find them again — and your message list, meaning the text conversations tied to your account. Buying coins adds a transaction record: date, amount, and how many coins you received.
A video chat site obviously needs your camera and microphone — but only while a call is live. Your browser asks for permission the first time you match, and that permission exists to carry one conversation to one other person. The moment you leave the call or close the tab, that access ends with it. We do not switch your devices on outside a call, and we do not keep a copy of the call for ourselves: the video and audio stream passes between the two of you, and it is not archived on our side as a recording you could later request or we could later watch.
One honest caveat: the other person in a call can see and hear whatever you choose to show and say, just like in any face-to-face conversation. What we control is our own handling — what a stranger does on their end is why our community rules ban recording, and why we suggest keeping identifying details out of frame.
We use a small set of cookies and browser storage for three jobs. Essential ones keep you signed in and keep a call stable — without them the service simply does not function. Preference ones remember choices like your settings and, on your own device only, the fact that you confirmed being 18 or older, so the age gate does not greet you on every visit. Analytics ones give us aggregated, anonymized traffic figures so we can tell which pages load slowly or break. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; blocking the essential category will break sign-in and matching, but reading the site will still work.
Running FlirtChat takes a few outside companies, and each one touches only the slice of data its job requires. Cloudflare sits in front of the site providing content delivery and security — your requests pass through its network, which means it processes IP addresses and similar technical data under its own privacy terms. Payment processors handle every purchase of coins: your full card details go to them, never to us — what reaches FlirtChat is a confirmation that a payment succeeded and the coin amount it bought. Analytics tooling receives aggregated usage statistics that cannot reasonably be tied back to you. Beyond that, we disclose information only when the law genuinely compels it, such as a valid request from authorities.
Technical logs live only as long as operating and securing the service requires, and are then rotated out. Account data — email, preferences, call history, favorites, message list — stays for as long as the account stays. Ask us to delete the account and we erase that data with it, keeping only the narrow records the law obliges us to retain, such as payment receipts for accounting rules. Guests never created an account in the first place, so for a guest there is essentially nothing stored to erase beyond short-lived logs.
Depending on where you live, you may have the legal right to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to export it, or to have it deleted — and even where no law forces us, we honor those requests as a matter of policy. Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, tell us which of those you want, and a person will handle it. We may ask a question or two to confirm the account is really yours before we act, because handing someone else’s data to a stranger would defeat the whole point.
FlirtChat is strictly for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. Every visitor confirms their age before entering. If we ever learn that someone under 18 used the service, the account and its data are removed and the situation is dealt with under the rules in our community guidelines.
If the product or the law changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is refreshed each time. Continuing to use FlirtChat after an update means you accept the revised policy — so on a return visit, a glance at that date tells you whether anything moved.
