The one address
Write to [email protected] for anything — bugs, safety concerns, payments, account or data questions, press, or plain feedback. We answer in the order messages arrive, and most get a reply within one to two working days, though urgent safety reports move ahead of everything else. There is no phone line and no chat widget: a written thread keeps a record that protects you as much as us, especially when money or personal data is involved. Put the topic in your subject line — "coin purchase", "report", "delete my account" — and your mail reaches the right person faster. One inbox also means nothing gets lost between departments; the person reading your mail can see the whole conversation, not one sliced-up ticket.
Reporting a bug
Three details solve most technical reports: what you tried to do, what the site did instead, and your setup — device, browser, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording usually saves a full round of back-and-forth. Before you write, it is worth a quick look at the help center: camera permission issues, calls that will not connect, and slow matching are covered there with fixes that work instantly, no queue involved.
Safety concerns come first
If someone threatened you, showed you illegal content, or you believe a match might be under 18, start your subject line with URGENT and tell us everything you remember — when the call happened, what was said or shown, and any screenshots you have. These messages jump the queue and go straight to the moderation team. Just as important: during the call itself, use the report button. It attaches the technical context our moderators need, it works around the clock, and it is the single fastest way to get a bad match off the site.
Coin and payment questions
Charged but no coins arrived, a payment failed mid-way, or a charge you do not recognize — write from the email address registered to your account and include the date and amount of the payment. One thing to leave out: your card number, in full or in part. Payments run through an external processor, so we never see those details and never need them; anyone who asks for them is not us. Once we can identify the transaction, most billing questions are resolved within a few working days.
Account and data requests
Want a copy of the data we hold about you, a correction, or your account and its data deleted entirely? Email from your registered address and say which of the three you want — the privacy policy explains what exists to ask about and how long things are kept. We may ask a question or two to confirm the account is yours before acting. Guest users never created an account, so for guests there is nothing stored to delete beyond short-lived technical logs.
A warning worth reading twice
FlirtChat will never email you asking for your password, a verification code, or your full card details — not for "verification", not for a "refund", not for anything. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it did not come from us. Do not reply to it, do not click its links, and forward it to [email protected] so we can warn others.
